There will be no backup copy retained for all cleared away accounts. So, please perform your backup and retain your data. Also, as usual, all abandoned and un-attended accounts will also be cleared away from server.

After this, there will be further trimming down of sites in server, I’ll let remaining members know as soon. Also, server might be closed down if situation doesn’t improve.

With this in view, I would like to let our valuable members know that the main server will be downgraded to much lower spec. It is a pain-staking decision which I hate to take. But this is unavoidable, as I could no longer afford the current servers cost.

As soon as this week, main server will be downgraded to a small VPS, from current dedi server. With the downgrade, I truly foresee there could be lot of downtime for all sites in the main server. If you would like to move your site out, please get all your data as soon.

If the losses continue, I do not rule out the possibility of closing all sites in this main server. So please perform your own backup and/or move your site(s) out if you like, as soon.

I’m truly apology in reaching this decision. Do understand that the frequent attacks has caused much negative impact and resulted this.

For some accounts, I’ll inform the member if we need other arrangement or if it needs to be moved out. Example, site(s) currently using high resource that this downgrade to small VPS could no longer support.

All new accounts creation are only thru existing members, and it will also be screened thru closely. If there is any suspicious activities, I’ll just close and delete the account without hesitate. This is due to increasing security threats and intrusion attempts.

We have cleaned up accounts that had been injected with trojans , deleting accounts that are ‘parasite’ , and those using our server to generate some other suspicious activities.

With these latest developments and issues, I would like to let visitors know that new account acceptance are currently put on-hold, indefinitely, until situation clear out. All new accounts will be rejected unless it’s refer by our current member. This will help to ensure that new account are ‘safe’ and not of suspicious ‘somebody’ which might just use our server for undesired activities.

If you need free hosting with almost the same functions and feature that I offered, you could get it at :-

Meanwhile, if you have folder(s) with permission 777, you are required to protect it ! Please refer to your script developer if you need to know how to protect it, or u can use htaccess file to protect it ( but it’s not 100% safe from injection ).

Also, all members are strongly advised to keep backup copy of their sites. Although server has backup performed periodically, it would be wise to keep your own backup copy in your computer, just in case if undesired incident happen.

Yes, it’s right ! Our 2nd server has been upgraded to 30mbit un-metered. The bandwidth usage has been picking up rapidly.

Also, as I keep on expanding, currently the network operates with 4 servers. So I should be able to cover most of your need.

Depending on your site needs, I might put in in different server environment that suit your situation best. Yes, all new accounts are manually review and created. There is no automatic signup path, it has been removed long time ago. due to heavy abuse.

Overall, our current servers’ allocation as below :-

• 1st Server ( 8CPU ) -> Status : Closed.
  • Fully allocated to a member which has very heavy traffic. So it’s closed.
• 2nd Server ( 4CPU ) -> Status : Open.
  • This server is equipped with 30mbit due to heavy bandwidth consumption, mostly for video sites. All accounts comes with cPanel, of course.
  • Most of the accounts are residing at this server.
• 3rd Server ( VPS ) -> Status : Closed.
  • Currently alloted for ~5sites, it’s for some long staying members. So it’s closed for new accounts, only for selected few sites. If the traffic and revenue get higher, we could work on to upgrade it further.
• 4th Server ( with servage ) -> Status : Open
  • Basically this is for ‘monster’ sites which doesn’t need cPanel, but need very very large bandwidth/processing power. Members will not be able to have a control panel or sort, it’s very basic with only FTP access, MySQL database for you to build your site. But it’s very stable, with huge processing power, almost zero downtime.Of course, it support PHP, and thus you are able to build forum/blog…etc if you want. It just doesn’t have a nice control panel like cpanel.
  • Very few sites are alloted here coz most people just like to have cpanel.

Also, as I’m keep on expanding ( in fact pretty rapid ), all accounts are monitored closely. Any accounts that are being inactive or abandoned will get cleared out fast. You may not like it, but this is to keep the servers being able to serve existing members much better.

As you can see, if you are truly utilizing your account and build heavy traffic site(s), I could even get a server just to host your site, separating it out from sharing with others. What I’m looking for is more toward ‘partnership’, which you doesn’t need to pay a single cent, yet be able to enjoy free hosting service, with even possibility to be hosted separately on dedicated server.

Meanwhile, if you are following thru this site’s activities, you can see that I’m getting tougher and tighter in site’s control.Hey dude, the current 4servers are costing me bomb a-like, the total bill I’m paying for them are more than what my last drawn salary was, when I was still working last year.

So you get the picture ?! That’s why dude… It’s all about $$ !

A gentle reminder to current account holders :-

• Stay active – Build your site up, maintain it, and bring traffic !

It has come to my dissappointment that some of the accounts had been staying ‘sleepy’ and inactive. For most of it, these are even with my sponsored domain. Look, I DO NOT spend $$ on the domain for it to be ‘sleepy’ or for child play.

For those with forum base… …look fellow, when your forum has been spam by those posting bot, making useless post with links, I just see that you have not even care to maintain it, please move on fellow, look elsewhere.

When you need a domain ( or even more domain ), I’m willing to get them for you. The trust has been put forward for you to fully utilize the account(s). You are suppose to build, maintain, and bring traffic to your site. Please do not tell me what-so-ever reason that your site did not receive even 1visitor/day.

So, your site is not a child play ? Then tell me :-

• Why it has ZERO traffic for months ? Have you put in efforts to build links ?
• Why it has been spam by posting bots ?
• Why it has not been updated for Months ? ( Hey dude, even though I seldom update this blog, I don’t let it ‘sleep’ totally )

Look fellow, even an ugly, poorly design site could receive at least 1 visitor/day, if the webmaster is really putting work into it. There is no valid reason to have ZERO Traffic for MONTHS ! Look… for MONTHS WITHOUT TRAFFIC ?! If this is so, I suggest you just look elsewhere.

If you wanna build something which need technical knowledge, then you’ll need to take responsibility and ownership for it. Don’t expect me to maintain it for you. If your website is in error, learn and solve it rather than letting it abandoned.

For these accounts, sorry but NO, I’ll start removing them as soon.

What about your data or files or what-so-ever ? In the first place => Do you care ? Do YOU REALLY CARE ? Beat me !

I know a member who is consistently working on his sites. He build and maintain tones of sites, and drive traffic to his sites. Each of his site is making him at least some $$/day. Oh ya, maybe just few cents/day is not a big deal… …Look fellow, with tones of sites, it means $$$ flying into his pocket every month.

Like him, I’m here to make a living online. I work on my sites days and nights ! So, only come here if you are serious.

Oh ya, I’m not great. I’m just a small fry. There are tones of free host elsewhere, they are even MUCH BETTER => So MOVE ON then !

Our server 2 has been under tremendous pressure lately due to traffic spike from few sites, which just heat up. We are working on to get it upgraded as soon, the earliest we could get is next 48hours or so.  We are also looking at further upgrade to 8cores server which is much powerful, at later stage when the need arise.

Also to note, we are changing our ads code to another network, and dropping Adbrite from our network. So if you are helping out in ads placement, please help to update the ads code too. Ads code are available in your cpanel.

The ads code are divided into 2 category :-
1. Non-Adult Ads
- These are suitable for all type of <strong>Non-Adult Sites,</strong> any language are allowed by advertisers.

2. Adult Ads – English Site Only
- We just managed to get a new advertiser for <strong>English Only Adult Site</strong>. The ads size is only 468×60 .

All the above ads code are only allowed to put 1type per page. Example :-
1 code for 468×60  +  1 code for 728×90  +  1 code  for 300×250    +  1 code for Pop-Under.

That would be the maximum ads you are allow to display per page. But well, I would be glad even if you just display 2 ads per page . You don’t have to place so much ads ( but if you do, that’s wonderful ).

Kindly note that ads placement is not by force, you can choose and decide all by yourself. Thanks for your kind help.

But if you are running heavy traffic site… …please put those ads . Come on fellow, don’t make me broke will you ?!

Our 2nd server has been setup and most site has been migrated over from the 1st server.

However, due to increase traffic volume especially this week, the performance of this new server is still not up to par yet. Most of the time it is still loading slow, which is not good indeed. The CPU and Memory is well sufficient, but the hard drive IO is the one that’s killing us. The current hard drive is 250GB SATA grade, thus it is facing IO bottleneck during peak period.

I am scheduling a further upgrade for this 2nd server as soon to double up the IO handling and speed, going for RAID setup for coming upgrade. With RAID setup, it could handle double the volume and smoothen out the loading time.

Also, my YIM has been bombarded with lots of chat/buzz …etc . This is very annoying indeed. I would like to let you know that I DO NOT understand Arabic, please stop IM me with Arabic.

And the most annoying is that … … if you continue to pester me, asking me ‘why, what, when, how’ … …etc , I’ll simply ignore you. Look, do I owe you a Million Dollar ?! Hey, I don’t owe you any money right ! If you are really serious, send me the below format to create a new account for you :-

A gentle reminder is for email usage => Do not use PHP Mailer to send out email. Use SMTP instead, setup your email account in cpanel, and use the SMTP setting.

- PHP Mailer send out email as ‘nobody’, and this could lead to potential spam. As such, server would block all ‘nobody’ email. Eventually, all ‘nobody’ email will be deleted from server without sending out.
