Finally back online, there are quite a lot of backlog to clear, and restoring old data, and re-installing some software into my new computer. The old computer has gone burst off, I have not been able to retrieve the old data, especially emails for past 1month or so. Please pardon me if I doesn’t seems to reply your email if you have just send to me for that period.

OK, there are some issues that I would like to remind valuable members :-

1. Server’s usage. Please DO NOT :-

• use server to test out your script ;
• run rapidleech ;

Come on fellows, everyone should enjoy the server just as you do, if you wanna test out your script or trying to squeeze out server’s resources, please find other host that let you do so.

2. Domain sponsorship

- Over the past few days, I have receive quite a number of request for both free domain sponsorship ( for .com /.org /.net ). Well yes it’s true that I do offer such service, please be reminded that you DO NOT take it for granted. Hey, I don’t owe you anything right ?!

- If you just wanna get a free domain for fun, get them from uni.cc , co.cc and other similar service.

- Only serious webmaster who want to build and grow their site up will be provided with free domain ( .com , .org , .net ) . Do decide and make sure the domain is available for registration before come to me. Don’t just throw me a few, or make some wild guess or what-so-ever, and expect me to check it out for you. Take the responsibility for your own ‘future’ virtual property alright !

3. Account status

- If you have got account here, please use it, and start building your website, and draw visitors to your website, boost the traffic up. Do Not stay idle or abandon your account. The free service is given to you to be utilized.

- If you have been abusing your account and got suspended… …my advice is that you would be better to look for another host. While I rarely suspend member’s account, I am too, rarely re-activate suspended account. When accounts were created, full trust has been given to you to utilize it properly, and building up your site. If you don’t, then move on to other please.

4. Support issue

- Ok fellows, while I try to provide support, please understand that I am not a genius, I am not techie too. If you want to use whatever fancy script, please study and learn how to use it. Do not expect me to learn it and teach you how to use it ok ?

Ok guys and gals, these are some questions that I had receive over past few months. I have put the guides to clear you doubts, if any :-

1. Could I still be able to put my own ads ( eg, adsense ) into my website(s) ?

• Yes, of course. You can put whatever ads you like. It’s your website, although it’s host in one of our servers.
• Currently I am using Adbrite for all my sites, so if you wanna help out in term of revenue, you could help put Adbrite on your site. ( I would be very happy :p ) . If your site(s) usage is very lite, then not a problem. But if your site is pretty heavy in usage, I would really appreciate if you could help to place my ads ( you still can put your own ads, not a problem for me ).
• Adbrite has CPM/CPC/Interstitial ads, so if you are putting Google Adsense on your site, well no problem, Ill just configure the Adbrite Ads to only display Interstitial Ads, which is on CPM model, and should not in clash with Google Adsens TOS.

2. Do you host Adult Website ?

• Not a problem at all as long it’s not ‘Child Porn’ I also have some adult related websites . So if you want to get your adult related sites hosted, just be sure it’s not child porn related.
• Some general guides would be :- No warez, no copyright issue/concern ( Please, I don’t want lawyer’s emails coming to me ), no phishing, no hacking…etc . Pretty much standard ya !

3. Do you host proxy sites ?

• Well, I have few proxy sites too. I am considering to host proxy sites to, but I’ll need to look at my server’s capacity.
• Also, there are concern on security issues for proxy sites, so you’ll have to take a good care for this area.
• And proxy sites are server’s intensive, so I’ll need my ads to be on every proxified page. ( you can put your ads too if you like, I have no problem with that )

4. Do you host file hosting, image hosting site(s) ??

• Well, why not ? I have my own file hosting and image hosting site too ! But as these type of site might consume much server’s resources, I would need you to place my ads too. ( of course you’re still free to put your ads too )

5. Would you host WAP sites ?

• Why not ? WAP site is also another type of site. As long you know how to configure it, you are welcome to host your WAP site here, for free too !

6. What will happen to the domain that you sponsor me ?

• As long you stil actively building your site, I’ll continue to renew the domain for you, all at my own cost. Again, you don’t have to pay me any money. Keep your wallet when you come to this site

7. What type of sites that you don’t host in servers ?

• Generally, I welcome ALL TYPE OF SITE ! As long it’s no warez, no copyright issue, no phishing, no hacking…etc. You are pretty much welcome.
• Oh ya, no testing on script ok ? Coz most of the time, testing of ‘unknown’ script could cause error to server. Remember, I have members to answer to ! :p
• No Nulled Licensed Script ! I don’t wanna get lawyer’s emails.
• No RapidLeech ! comm’on , don’t kill off server, it’ll will affect others’ sites.
• and…definitely I DO NOT Host TORRENT site ! ( I just don’t want to get sued )

8. Could you help to also sponsor me some script(s) ?

• Well, if you need, I’ll see what I can do to help. Just let me know alright ?
• VBulletn License ? IPB License ?? Well, why not ! If your forum is having good traffic, why not ?! I can sponsor you the license. Shot me an IM and let’s talk

Ok, like everyone else who just started to explore all about internet, there are times where we don’t have a clear idea of what is really a Domain and what’s the different of :-

( to those all seasoned webmasters, this is very simple as it is, so please pardon us the newbies here )

To those who are very raw/new/totally lost… …etc , and first time “getting to know all this”, I understand what you are into ! All those could sometime caused us getting into unclear picture. No problem at all dude, let me try to put them into very simple and plain words.

Domain
Most of us don’t have a clear idea of this when we first started. We simply just wanted to build our very own first webiste. But we don’t want to use those free webpage like yahoo, geocities…etc. We wanted to have :-

The very first step in getting your own website is to register a domain name. In this case it is “MyWebsiteForTheFirstTime.com” . This “domain” name ( MyWebsiteForTheFirstTime.com ) will be your very own online identity, and your visitors will be able to reach your site by typing “MyWebsiteForTheFirstTime.com” in their web browser. ( Please don’t ask me to explain what is web browser , you are using it day and night to surf internet right now ! )

So now, “Registering a domain name” means that :-
1. You Own It
2. You are able to use it for a web site
3. It belongs to you
4. You control the domain
5. You can now have your domain to be hosted and build your website with it!

Got it ?? This is the first step before you are going to build your website. I hope my explantion is correct.
